Do I need a doctor referral?
No referral is required to book an assessment. If you have medical records or imaging, bring them along so we can tailor your program.
How long is each session?
Initial assessments last about 60 minutes. Follow-up treatment sessions are typically 45 minutes.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing you can move in. We have changing facilities at the studio.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition and goals. After your assessment we give you a clear, honest estimate.
